LACTATION AND POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES
I earned my certification as a Postpartum Doula through DONA in April 2019 and my Certified Lactation Counselor credentials in June 2019 through the Academy of Lactation Practice and Policy. Since then, I’ve served more than 100 families, both in person and online, as they adjust to life as a growing family.
I currently offer lactation and doula services in Richmond, Virginia.
Lactation Support
Navigating breastfeeding can be challenging. We’ll explore your unique situation, address any concerns, and create a personalized plan to support your breastfeeding journey. Together, we’ll set you up for success.I will begin by asking questions about your pregnancy, birth, and feeding experience so far, and then we will dive into your current challenges and questions in detail. I will provide you with a follow-up feeding plan by e-mail within 24 hours of our session. This service also includes 1 week of messaging support for any follow-up questions you may have.
First-Time Consult (~60 minutes)

Follow-Up Consultations (~45 minutes)

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Flexible support tailored to your family’s needs. I’ll be there to help with newborn care, household tasks, or simply provide a listening ear. Let me help you transition into parenthood with ease and confidence. Choosing me as your doula is the perfect solution for those moments when you need an extra hand, whether it’s caring for your baby or giving you a chance to rest and recharge.

COMBO SERVICE
This unique offering combines expert lactation support with the nurturing care of a doula. In a 2-hour session, we’ll start with a thorough lactation consultation, followed by an hour+ dedicated to you. Whether you want to shower, unwind, or spend quality time with loved ones, I’ll take care of your little one, allowing you to feel like yourself again. It’s all about balance and support during this transformative time. This is an in-person session, designed for families within 10 miles of 23229. MAKES A GREAT GIFT!
