I teach leaders, educators, students, and teams how to build trust and communicate with authentic voice in an AI-mediated world.
I’m happy to work with you on workshop format, but my standard offers are: a flagship guest residency (2-3 days, virtual or in-person), a keynote/book talk, and selective 1:1 consulting. Each option is grounded in research and real classroom practice, and you’ll walk away with practical tools, reusable templates, and clear methods you can apply immediately.
Flagship guest residency
The Authenticity Gap
What it is: A live guest residency focused on how to write, speak, present, and interact with human magnetism in an AI-mediated world.
Across 2–3 live sessions, we work on the communication choices that have an outsized effect: how to open a presentation, adapt a message to an audience, write an email that sounds like you, make points people remember, handle an awkward interaction, decide when not to use AI, and recognize when polish has started to work against you.
The residency unfolds across multiple live sessions so participants can recalibrate their message-craft process in AI-mediated contexts.
the problem
Organizations are seeing communication that is: fluent but hollow, polished but uninspiring, efficient but reputation-eroding
At the same time, the rules are getting harder to understand. People are communicating across email, messaging platforms, video calls, presentations, meetings, and AI-assisted drafts—and the norms aren’t always obvious. When should you call instead of email? How polished is too polished? How do you establish presence on Zoom? What makes a message sound confident rather than canned? When does AI help, and when does it truly make the communication worse?

Session 1: (75-90 min) Building Trust in Digital Spaces: Trust and authority in mediated environments, digital trust signals that captivate audiences, a clear framework for credibility
Session 2: (120 min) Applied Workshop: Owning Your Voice with AI: Diagnosing “AI speak” and flattened language, Madman-Architect-Carpenter-Judge framework by Betty Sue Flowers (adapted for the AI age), Developing a team-level and personal-level AI style guide, Revising for ownership and authenticity
Includes everything above, plus: Session 3: 4 hours of open office hours: drop-in, one-on-one consultations, 20 minutes per participant. Focused on real drafts, presentation prep, public speaking triage, personal brand and authentic voice development, or individual communication challenges

For audiences seeking a single-session experience, I offer a research-informed book talk that introduces the core ideas of Magnetic Communication.
